  • Clean in the morning. In the morning you have the most energy and less procrastination thoughts that have built up!
  • Don’t think about it just do it!
  • Plan a treat for when you’re done.
  • Stick your earphones in and bust out at the same time – make it fun!
  • Set a timer for the amount of time you want to clean. e.g. 10 minute. Then STOP!
