- Watch people cleaning in DIY videos
- Watch a hoarder program – fear sometimes gives us motivation 😉
- Clean in the morning. In the morning you have the most energy and less procrastination thoughts that have built up!
- Don’t think about it just do it!
- Plan a treat for when you’re done.
- Stick your earphones in and bust out at the same time – make it fun!
- Set a timer for the amount of time you want to clean. e.g. 10 minute. Then STOP!
