How to relax and unwind

Pyjamas:

  • Get out of your work clothes and get into some cosy pyjamas.- They make you feel comfy and at ease. Pair this with some slipper socks, a baggy jumper or a dressing gown if it’s really cold.

Brew up:

  • No relaxing day is complete without a cup of tea. It doesn’t matter what brand of tea as long as your mug is always full!

Chill out entertainment:

  • Choose your chill out entertainment depending on your level of stress. If I’your not too stressed, opt for a book. If the room is spinning then opt for YouTube or movies.

Quick Tip: 

Burning scented candles can help to keep you calm. They also make a perfect atmosphere for reading a book in bed.
